Client charts
Drop in your Kipu exports and every chart is checked against Medicaid, state, and accreditation rules: what’s missing, what was late, what isn’t signed, and which notes need work.
Not set up yet: this program doesn’t have chart rules. Add "chart_audit_ruleset" to its program settings.

Client information stays on this computer. The files are read by your browser and never uploaded or saved. Close the page and they’re gone.
What to export from Kipu
- Census: one row per client, with MR#, name, admission date, discharge date, and level of care. Include discharged clients for the period you’re auditing.
- Evaluations / documents: one row per form or note, with MR#, the form name, its date, status, completed date, and signatures if the report has them.
- Optional, for note quality: a progress or group note report with start and stop times, author credentials, units, and the note text.
Save each report as CSV. If Kipu gives you Excel, open it and choose Save As, CSV. Column names don’t need to match exactly; you can fix any that weren’t recognized.
Example charts: made-up clients, to show how an audit looks.
Done on time · Not due yet · Needs a look · Done late · Not signed · Missing · blank: doesn’t apply. Tap a client for details.
Everything to fix
The download has client names in it. Save it only where your client records are allowed to go, and delete it when the fixes are done.
