New hires
Everyone being hired, from offer to cleared for client contact. Tap a step when it’s done. When the Google account is ready, the welcome email goes out by itself.
Preview: example new hires. Tapping steps works, but only in this browser, and no emails go out.
How the welcome email works
- It goes to their personal email and their new work email when someone taps Account ready.
- It has their first-day date, time, and place, their work email, and the link to their onboarding. Never a password.
- Give their temporary password by phone or text. In Google Admin, set it to make them choose a new one when they first sign in.
- Their supervisor gets an email the first time they sign in.
