Every disclosure, from the disclosure form and annual attestations. Decide whether each is no conflict, managed (with a plan), or not allowed, and review it again each year. You can’t decide on your own disclosure.

Leadership and supervisors only. Undecided disclosures older than 14 days, and overdue reviews, are emailed to leadership automatically.
