Refer someone for a job

How it works

1. Ask them first. Make sure they’re interested and OK with you sharing their contact information.
2. Tell us here, before they apply. Fill out the form below so the referral is credited to you.
3. They apply the usual way, and go through the same interviews and checks as everyone else.

This is for job candidates only, never for clients. Federal law (the Anti-Kickback Statute and EKRA) bans paying or rewarding anyone for referring clients to treatment, recovery housing, or labs. To help a client get care, just give them our admissions number; there’s no reward for that, and there can’t be.

• You can refer as many people as you like.
• Leadership and the hiring manager for the open role aren’t eligible for a bonus on their own hires.
• Refer people you’d genuinely want to work with. Hiring decisions are based only on qualifications.
