Schedule
Your shifts, the whole team’s schedule, and open shifts to pick up. Swap, find coverage, or call out in a couple of taps. Clock in and out in Paylocity, as always.
How scheduling works
- The schedule for next week is posted by Thursday. You get an email with your shifts, and a reminder the afternoon before each one.
- Need a change? At least 24 hours before your shift, you can swap with a coworker, ask someone to cover, or call out here. Swaps, covers, and pickups need your supervisor’s OK.
- Less than 24 hours away? Call your supervisor directly. It’s still your shift until your supervisor changes the schedule. If you need someone to cover, call your coworkers yourself.
- Open shifts can be picked up by anyone who isn’t already working then. Your supervisor approves it.
- Availability changes are a request. Your supervisor approves them, and they start on the date you choose. For a single day off, request time off.
- Clock in and out in Paylocity, as always.

Standing schedule
Who usually works when. Every week, the week two weeks out is drafted from this automatically, and you get an email to review and publish it. Anyone with approved time off becomes an open shift. You can also fill any week by hand from Team schedule.
Who schedules whom
To start, you build everyone’s schedule and approve every request. When a supervisor is ready, turn them on: they’ll build, publish, and approve requests for their own team, and their team’s requests go to them instead of you. You can still change anyone’s shifts.
