User access

Choose what each person can open on the leadership side of the site. Everyone on staff can always use their own forms, schedule, policies, and profile. Changes reach every page within a minute, and each one is logged.

How access works

Super admins always have everything and can’t be changed here, so nobody can lock the organization out. They’re the Executive Director and CEO (GRIEVANCE_EMAILS), plus anyone on SUPER_ADMIN_EMAILS, in the Cloudflare settings.
Admins are anyone with Manage user access. Only a super admin can turn that on, or Sensitive records. Nobody can change their own access.
People on LEADERSHIP_EMAILS start with the Leadership set until someone changes them here. Everyone else starts as Staff.
A supervisor still sees only their own team’s people and records, whatever is turned on. Sensitive records stay limited too.
Every change is written to the User access log tab in the HR spreadsheet: who changed it, when, and from what to what.
